Accurate Personnel is Seeking a Dynamic Maintenance Technician in St. Charles, IL!

Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to machine emergency breakdowns with precision.
Schedule and carry out non-emergency repairs with finesse.
Master minor electrical and electronic repairs to keep our machinery humming.
Keep a watchful eye on manufacturing equipment, performing routine maintenance like a pro.
Weld material using our in-house equipment to keep things together.
Take charge of the general maintenance of our company building, including the cool offices where the magic happens.
Be the go-to person for ordering maintenance supplies – you're the wizard who keeps the tools flowing.
Assist the Maintenance Manager in obtaining quotes and special pricing – your negotiation skills are on point.
Help schedule outside contractors, because teamwork makes the dream work.
Document and log machine setups, equipment hours, and work done by outside contractors
Support the Maintenance Manager with inventory and stock control using our in-house software
Team up with the Maintenance Manager to oversee the work of outside contractors and the cleaning crew – because every hero needs a sidekick.
Other Duties:
Prioritize safety – yours and others' – at all times.
Attend department meetings like a team player.
Interact with your awesome co-workers, peers, and supervisor in a constructive and cooperative manner – we're all in this together.
Drive full responsibility and advise processes throughout the organization – you're the driving force!
Follow the requirements for ISO 14001, 9001, and IATF 16949 systems
Embrace other duties as assigned – because flexibility is your middle name.
Shift Details:
6 pm to 6 am, rotating shifts
Compensation:
$40/hour - paid weekly
