This individual will be responsible for administrative tasks, such as attendance, coding invoices, and maintaining the PTO calendar. Office Support Clerk Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18.50/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3 pm
Located in Woodridge, IL
Office Support Clerk Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative tasks, such as attendance, coding invoices, maintaining the PTO calendar
Maintain inventory of office supplies and placed weekly orders, put away supplies
Activate and deactivate security badges for visitors and/or employees
Upload incident reports and track them on the log
Corporate monthly training (e-mail Supervisors on the training due for the month)
Maintains metrics, records, and reports as required, including filing, headcount, and attrition
Office Support Clerk Requirements and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required; some colleges preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or administrative experience required
Knowledge of distribution and logistics preferred but not required
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
