HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PFP CLERK IN NAZARETH, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a PFP Clerk to join our team in Nazareth, PA. This individual will be responsible for providing quality and timely support to the Human Resource’s team with regards to scheduling functions of all warehouse personnel, as well as providing clerical and administrative support for all. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18 to $21/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st shift schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Nazareth, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain employee schedule, such as adding, removing, transferring employees. As well as changes to employees’ hourly schedule.
- Employee productivity report and maintain hire and termination report.
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing forms and reports, and update the
- Weekly Incentive Spreadsheet.
- Respond to various inquiries from managers, agencies and/or departments.
- Meet strict deadlines and take on other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, or an associate’s degree in a business-related discipline preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned task with little or no supervision.
- Microsoft and Excel Knowledge is a must
- Excellent data entry skills.
- Detailed oriented
