Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for Production Associates to join our manufacturing client in their Union, IL factory. The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting in the production/manufacturing process in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in an assembly line setting and will have the skills to keep up with the pace of production. Enjoy a great pay rate and excellent benefits!
Production Associate Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at up to $16.50/hour
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
Hiring immediately in Union, IL
Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities
Load parts to assist with the machine operation process
Sort different-sized metal pieces
Assist operator with setups
Hand pack materials
Production Associate Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Good communication skills
Previous production experience is ideal
Ability to count
