What You’ll Do
As Maintenance Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of maintenance operations across multiple distribution centers. You’ll lead teams, manage vendors, and ensure all systems from electrical and plumbing to ammonia refrigeration are functioning at peak performance. You’ll also play a key role in launching new facilities and supporting long-term growth initiatives.

  • $85,000/year (bonus opportunity)

  • Located in Allentown, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee maintenance operations across multiple East Coast distribution centers, with 50 - 75% travel during peak seasons and nationwide coverage as needed
  • Lead and manage maintenance managers and their teams across skilled and semi-skilled trades
  • Direct all aspects of facility upkeep, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and ammonia systems
  • Spearhead “Go Live” startup projects for new DCs over the next three years (nationwide)
  • Conduct site inspections, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Plan and prioritize routine and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Ensure vendor accountability and performance across all locations
  • Support production, safety, and operations teams in achieving plant objectives
  • Be available for 24/7 on-call support during critical operational periods
Requirements and Qualifications 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Maintenance Manager
  • Proven success managing multi-site teams and maintenance leaders
  • Strong background in food distribution and warehouse operations
  • Working knowledge of ammonia systems, refrigeration, and warehouse infrastructure
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and vendor management skills
  • Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems with minimal direction
  • Technical education (2 years preferred) and hands-on experience in maintenance or related fields
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb stairs, and walk for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in varied temperature conditions typical of distribution centers
  • Must be able to safely navigate active warehouse environments with heavy equipment
