This individual will be responsible for assisting in the protection of all assets, to include physical assets, human assets, and profit assets. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
8-hour shifts, on-call with overtime available
Located in Minooka, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Physical security, reports policy and procedure violations, internal theft investigations, and monitoring processes
Assists in the protection of all assets, including physical assets, human assets, and profit assets
Professionally monitor the physical security of the distribution center
Report incidents of employee theft or safety violations to management
When instructed, participates in internal theft investigations, in strict adherence to loss prevention internal theft investigations and guidelines
Monitors all distribution center safety and loss prevention policies and procedures and actively participates in the enforcement of all policy
Assist in the verification of all disposal processes
Monitors employees (via floor observation) to ensure compliance with processing guidelines
Data entry of all audit results, shift activity reports, and incident reports
Responds to alarm activations throughout the facility
Assist in the random inspection and searches of all employee's and vendor’s personal belongings
Assist in keeping a warehouse free of debris to minimize the breaking down of equipment
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and/or experience
Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency in all processes of the distribution center
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time
Ability to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time
Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment
