Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Setup Technician to join our client in Woodstock, IL. This individual will be responsible for various machine operation tasks such as: injection molding, installation, electrical knowledge, and more. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $20 to $21/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
8-hour shift schedule with weekend availability
Located in Woodstock, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Remove existing mold from press, if necessary
Set up new mold with precision to ensure quality standards are met
Install water lines, proper length knock-out rods, hook up electrical, install chute and conveyor, if needed
Maintain adequate quantity of set-up supplies, such as water hoses, water fittings, etc
Report all equipment, that does not appear to be, operating safely, to your supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience in injection molding set ups is required
Must be able to abide by established housekeeping procedures
Ability to maintain space equipment storage and set-up areas is required
Must be able to fill out set-up check list and file in cycle book
Set molding condition parameters, using cycle book
