Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our client in Saint Charles, IL. After 8 weeks of training at the client’s Franklin Park, IL facility, the individual will transfer to their new state of the art facility in Saint Charles, IL. This individual will be responsible for performing various duties associated with the receiving, placement and loading/unloading of products. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $20/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm
OT Availability, Weekend Availability

Located in Saint Charles, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Checking truck drivers in and out of facility
Assign docs doors for inbound/outbound activity according to warehouse direction and vendor assignment in the warehouse
Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation
Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues
Assist in appointment scheduling as needed
Update required reports on timely basis
Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs
Coordinate inbound and outbound loads
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in working in a Shipping/Receiving Department
Experience in operating a forklift and reach truck is a plus
Experience in a previous leadership is a plus
Knowledge of operations of a warehouse environment
Ability to fill out various paperwork throughout the shift
Knowledge of relative safety standards and OSHA guidelines
Deftness and attention to detail
Proficient in English
Ability to train in Franklin Park, IL facility for a period of 1-2 months. Position will be relocating to a new location in Saint Charles, IL
Able to undergo a background check, drug test, and participate in the E-Verify upon employment offer
