Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our client in Whitestown, IN. This individual will be responsible for picking and packing shipments, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly, bonus opportunities
- 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday
- Location in Whitestown, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and scan automotive parts
- Load and unload shipments
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
- Efficient operation of on-dock stockers, reach trucks, and order selectors
- Ability to safely perform equipment checks and follow handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have stand up, reach-truck forklift experience
- Comfortable working in strict deadlines
- Ability to identify self-strengths and opportunities
- Ability to meet or exceed productivity, accuracy, and efficiency goals
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality
- Ability to take constructive feedback/coaching and put into action
- Agency to communicate work performance to workers monthly (data supplied by SOA)
