This individual will be responsible for leading and motivating a diverse team, setting goals and driving performance, facilitating clear communication in both Spanish and English among team members, clients, and stakeholders, and tracking team performance and providing reports with suggestions for improvement. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $19.00 – $21.00/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 3:30pm – 12:00am
- Located in Whitestown, Indiana
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, setting goals and driving performance
- Facilitate clear communication in both Spanish and English among team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and morale
- Address and resolve conflicts and operational challenges
- Track team performance and provide reports with suggestions for improvement
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
- Proven leadership experience in a team lead or supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to complex issues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
