Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $19 to $21/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 3 pm to 12 am

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customer service.
Engage proactively with customers to understand their expectations and preferences, fostering stability and growth opportunities.
Book freight with a sense of urgency, ensuring continuous movement for drivers and minimizing layovers for enhanced operational efficiency and profitability.
Provide timely status updates to customers and offer effective problem-solving solutions when issues arise.
Identify and address potential service failures promptly in coordination with planning and dispatch teams.
Maintaining proactive communication with third-party logistics partners regarding route delays.
Comply with company policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles in a fast-paced environment.
