Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, Overnight schedule
- Located in Hialeah, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Safely and skillfully operating a sit-down, PROPANE-powered forklift to move inventory and materials
- Transporting and stacking products as directed; note that this operation does not involve moving standard pallets
- Loading, unloading, and staging materials in designated areas to ensure smooth workflow for the overnight shift
- Conducting pre-shift safety checks (e.g., fluid levels, safety devices) and reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Adhering strictly to all company safety procedures, protocols, and governmental regulations
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production and logistics goals before the shift ends
Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid, current Forklift Certification is mandatory
- Proven, verifiable experience operating a forklift, specifically the sit-down, propane-powered type
- Successful completion of a 7-year clear background check is required for employment
- Must be able to commit to the full-time overnight schedule
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials as necessary, in addition to safely operating the forklift
- High degree of punctuality and dependability for the overnight shift is essential
