HIRING IMMEDIATELY: GENERAL WAREHOUSE IN BEDFORD PARK, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a General Warehouse position to join our client in Bedford Park, IL! The ideal candidate will have experience with electric pallet jacks, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse operations. Pay, Schedule, and Location:
- Pay Rate: $19/hour, paid weekly
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12 pm to 8:30 pm
- Location: Bedford Park, IL (Chicago area)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and perform regular stock checks.
- Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and containers.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety protocols.
- Report discrepancies and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with all company rules and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
