HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MACHINE OPERATOR IN ROMEOVILLE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our team in Romeoville, IL. This individual will be responsible for packing high quality bags into boxes and ensuring that tote counts are accurate. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $21.34/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 2nd shift: 3 pm to 1 am
  • Located in Romeoville, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Follow all company and facility policies
  • Make use of proper PPE; adherence to all applicable safety rules
  • Follow all SOPs – Methods for performing work
  • Maintain SSOP/Good Housekeeping standards (keep machines and area sanitized and clean)
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices Food/Safety Security
  • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
  • Food Regulatory and Customer Specifications
  • Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality
  • Responsible for packing good quality bags into box, capping, and applying tubes as needed
  • Responsible to ensure that box and tote counts are accurate as per the bag specification
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
  • Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
  • Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
  • Ethical - Ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards.
  • Customer Focus – dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • Productive work habits – organized, sets appropriate objectives and priorities. Follows through.
  • Quantity/Quality of output of work: Produces acceptable to standards, meets production and quality goals
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Specific skills: Basic computer skills. Ability to read and interpret standard measuring tapes.
  • Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision.
