Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18 to $19/hour, paid weekly

Located in New Haven, CT
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate operation of manufacturing equipment in a safe and competent manner to achieve daily production goals
Maintain a high level of quality and productivity, attention to detail, count accuracy of material
Conduct quality checks to ensure boxes are within customer specifications and have zero material defects
Setup, make adjustments and troubleshoot machine as needed
Follow all company safety rules and good housekeeping practices
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
Ability and willingness to work any shift, overtime hours, and weekends as needed
Strong safety background. Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel
