Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our client in Morris, IL. This individual will be responsible for setting up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a production environment, as well as a strong understanding of machine operation. Apply online and kick start your career today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • Starting at $17.75/hour, paid weekly

  • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision

  • Monday through Friday, 2nd and 3rd Shifts available

  • From 3 pm to 11 pm OR 11 pm to 7 am

  • Located in Morris, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle

  • Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)

  • Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines

  • Test operation of machines periodically

  • Fix issues that might occur during the shift

  • Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a production environment is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Must maintain a safe work environment

  • Strong understanding of machine operation
