Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our client in Morris, IL. This individual will be responsible for setting up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $17.75/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 2nd and 3rd Shifts available
From 3 pm to 11 pm OR 11 pm to 7 am
Located in Morris, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines
Test operation of machines periodically
Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must maintain a safe work environment
Strong understanding of machine operation
