We’re looking for a data-driven, people-focused Sr. Store Center Supervisor to help us elevate service center performance across the country.

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $70,000/yearly
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday through Friday, 8 hours, Some overtime
  • Located in Redlands, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Track and report on weekly distribution center delivery goals across all service centers
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover performance trends and root causes of underperformance
  • Collaborate with Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Project Management teams to recommend strategic improvements
  • Lead the Store Support Command Center, ensuring all issues are resolved and communication flows seamlessly between warehouses and operations teams
  • Develop and refine tools to streamline data analysis and reporting
  • Provide bi-weekly updates and urgent alerts to GMs and Regional Managers when needed
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements through research and forecasting
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in logistics, operations, or data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, WMS, RMS, and relational databases (e.g., Business Objects, Access)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills across all levels of management
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse workforce
  • Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in varied warehouse environments
  • Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods and navigating distribution centers
