Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $14/hour

- Located in Pompano Beach, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sorting and Quality Control: Inspect and sort food products in a cold storage freezer to identify and remove any items that do not meet quality standards
- Packing: Accurately pack sorted products into designated containers, ensuring proper weight and count, all while working in a cold environment
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of focus while performing repetitive tasks to ensure all products are sorted and packed correctly, even in the cold
- Standing for Long Periods: This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced, cold storage freezer environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Flexibility and Availability: You must be able to work on call and have flexibility to meet our production needs.
- Ability to Work in the Cold: You must be comfortable with and able to work for extended periods in a cold storage freezer
- Proper insulated gear will be provided
- Detail-Oriented: A proven ability to pay close attention to detail is essential
- Endurance: Comfortable standing for long periods
