Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Assembler to join our client in Batavia, IL. This individual will be responsible for creating kits and niches, ensuring quality control of all outgoing products, as well as other assigned duties. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $19.25/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO
- 2 pm - 10:30 pm, Monday - Friday, overtime available
- Location in Batavia, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use tools to make or repair parts and products
- Follow technical verbal and written instructions
- Work with others in a group
- Packing material/product for shipment
- Creating kits and niches for shipment
- Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures
- Maintain a clean work environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least one year of assembly/production experience
- Aptitude for mechanics and an eye for detail
- Understand basic Quality stipulations
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to work with others
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
- Must be able to kneel, stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended period of time on a daily basis
- Display initiative and innovation
- Willing to perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods of time
