Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Breakdown Supervisor to join our client in Melrose Park, IL. This individual will be responsible for maintaining documentation of any truck breakdowns or repairs. The ideal candidate will have a Strategic Trade Authorization (STA) license along with previous supervisor skills. Apply online and kick-start your career today!
Pay, Available Schedules, and Location
- Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly
- 5 pm - 5 am, Wednesday - Sunday (training will be during the morning shift, possibly 9 am to 6:30 pm)
- Location in Melrose Park, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Construct detailed emails and provide as much information as needed
- Maintaining documentation of repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring safety and compliance standards are being followed at all time
- Manage incoming and outgoing trucks with assistance if there are breakdowns
- Have good logical skills along with decision making abilities
- Able to take constructive criticism from management in order to attain the desired results and to grow in their knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have a obtain a Strategic Trade Authorization (STA) license
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Be fluent in English and have passable Spanish skills if possible
- Works well with others and has prior supervisorial experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
