Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $16 to $17/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st Shift schedule, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Houston, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Discuss and explain client accounts and services.
- De-escalate challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively via email with both internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- Must have recent experience in a customer service and/or call center-related role within the last three years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required.
