HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE / ORDER ENTRY REPRESENTATIVE IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Customer Service Department and performing various administrative office functions. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Located in Elk Grove Village, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter customer purchase orders daily.
- Sort and arrange sales orders and reconcile totals to the daily invoice register.
- Run and attach the batch
- Scan and file blueprints.
- General filing of invoices, pinks slips, purchase orders, customer purchase orders, and other correspondence.
- Maintain filing cabinets and archives by moving dated files into boxes and disposing of files that are beyond
- retention periods.
- Invoice orders daily for parts and products that have been shipped.
- Review and reconcile billing for accuracy.
- Provide backup as necessary for others in the order entry.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Required.
- Some postsecondary education is preferred.
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred. Knowledge of non-metallic products is a plus.
- Must be able to efficiently operate computer office software and programs. Microsoft Word,
- Ability to accept responsibility and account for one's own actions.
- Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
- Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
