Accurate Personnel is hiring for a Line Lead to join our client in Woodridge, IL. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all team members are properly motivated and effectively trained to safely and reliably operate production equipment. Pay, Schedule, Location
- Starting at $25.00/hour, paid weekly
- 6 pm - 6:30 am
- Location in Woodridge, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Train, motivate and lead production technicians, machine operators and assigned Hi-Lo driver
- Help repair, maintain and run production line as needed
- Follows and enforces company policies and work rules
- Utilize SAP for production, inventory of raw materials and scrap reporting
- Effectively communicate to senior management all necessary information on a daily basis through verbal and electronic means
- Works in a safe and efficient manner at all times, monitors team members for safe practices and mentors best methods
- Follows and enforces company and local work rules, safety rules, policies and work instructions
- Perform Associate Performance Evaluations as required
Requirements and Qualifications
- Protect company assets
- Facilitate team meetings for respective line
- Ensure Production Goals are met on a daily basis
- Good Manufacturing Practices are being followed at all times
- Ensures that all safety requirements and policies are enforced and followed
- Initiate investigation and action as needed to report food safety and food quality issues
