Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Department: Maintenance
Status: Salary Exempt
Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional weekends as needed
Position Overview:
A fast-paced, creative manufacturing environment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical expertise to lead facility operations. This role combines hands-on electrical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring production equipment, infrastructure, and workspaces are safe, efficient, and impeccably maintained. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician who thrives in high-output settings and takes pride in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure
  • Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national codes
  • Lead and train maintenance staff on safety, equipment use, and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and installations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all work areas
  • Oversee power distribution and ensure systems meet production demands
  • Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and electrical components
  • Support general maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and building repairs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and internal safety protocols

Qualifications:
  • Licensed electrician with 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and safety codes
  • Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and control systems
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
