Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview:
A fast-paced, creative manufacturing environment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical expertise to lead facility operations. This role combines hands-on electrical work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring production equipment, infrastructure, and workspaces are safe, efficient, and impeccably maintained. The ideal candidate is a licensed electrician who thrives in high-output settings and takes pride in driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and facility infrastructure
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national codes
- Lead and train maintenance staff on safety, equipment use, and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and installations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all work areas
- Oversee power distribution and ensure systems meet production demands
- Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and electrical components
- Support general maintenance tasks including HVAC, plumbing, and building repairs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and internal safety protocols

Qualifications:
- Licensed electrician with 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing settings
- Strong knowledge of schematics, blueprints, and safety codes
- Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and control systems
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
