HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN ZION, IL
Accurate Personnel is seeking a self-sufficient and experienced Maintenance Technician to be the sole technician at a 139-unit, market-rate apartment community. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in all aspects of property maintenance and able to work independently. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $24 to $27/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Overtime (time and a half) is available due to on-call requests.
- Located in Zion, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the sole maintenance technician for the property, handling all maintenance-related tasks and resident requests.
- Perform a wide range of maintenance duties, including but not limited to:
- Completing all service requests and work orders promptly.
- Inspecting the community regularly to identify and correct any deficiencies.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure property upkeep.
- Handling ground maintenance, including trash and debris removal.
- Be available for on-call emergencies and respond as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents and the property management team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in property maintenance, with a minimum of one year of experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage all maintenance aspects of a residential property.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
