This individual will be responsible for greeting, welcoming and directing visitors upon arrival, and ensuring that visitors are compliant with company policies. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $16/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4:30 pm
Located in Havre de Grace, MD
Duties and Responsibilities
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiries
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, and irregularities
Maintains office supplies inventory and initiates orders when needed
Processes invoices for payment in SAP and follow up to ensure completeness
Investigate AP blocked invoice and resolve errors
Maintains sales shipment and accounting files
Responsible for maintaining reports in excel and investigating variances and errors
Report food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action
Requirements and Qualifications
Microsoft office to include Outlook, Excel and Word daily use. SAP experience preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist role or administrative setting
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
