HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN OAKLAND PARK, FL

This individual will be responsible for serving as the professional first point of contact for the office, handling all incoming calls, emails, visitors, and correspondence. Pay, Schedule, Location
  • Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly 
  • 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday 
  • Located in Oakland Park, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the professional first point of contact for the office, handling all incoming calls, emails, visitors, and correspondence
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings (internal and external), and coordinate any necessary logistics or material preparation
  • Draft, proofread, and format professional documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized and efficient physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all records
  • Manage office supplies, place orders, and coordinate the maintenance and repair of office equipment (computers, printers, copiers)
  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry into various company systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist in preparing expense reports, processing invoices, and coordinating basic financial documentation as needed
  • Gather, compile, and summarize information to support management reports and presentations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for management or team members
  • Ensure all common areas and conference rooms are neat, organized, and prepared for use
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as requested by management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to be resourceful
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
  • QuickBooks experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or expense management
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling for multiple team members or executives
